Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Newcastle, NSW, Australia 🇦🇺
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
If any fees are required, your local courier will contact you before delivery. Customs processing may also cause slight delays.
If fees are not paid, the parcel may be returned and any return costs may be deducted from your refund. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or change the declared value.

What sizes are available?
We offer 3 sizes designed for kids aged 0 to 10 years. Each product page includes a detailed size guide.
Why isn’t my towel as soft anymore?
Drying in direct sunlight can make the fabric feel firmer. A quick tumble dry on low heat will restore its softness.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our towels are made from ultra-soft coral fleece and are gentle on sensitive skin. Many parents tell us it is the only towel their kids will wear.
How do I care for my towel?
Wash separately before use
Warm machine wash (40°C)
Wash dark colours separately
Do not bleach or use fabric softeners
Line dry in shade or tumble dry on low
Do not iron or dry clean

Yes, both are chemical-free and safe for children when used as directed.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.
What is your return policy?
Defective item?
We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Change of mind?
Return within 30 days for a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee) or receive 110% store credit with no fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Wrong size?
Return the item at your cost and place a new order for the correct size.
Damaged order?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will organise a replacement or refund.
