Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is also available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
We don’t currently offer full-time international shipping — but if you’re outside of Australia and interested in placing an order, please get in touch via our [Contact Us] page. We’re happy to organise a custom international order for you where possible!

🛀 Hooded Towel

Q: What sizes do your hooded towels come in?
We have 3 sizes to suit growing kids 0—10Y from toddlers to older children. Each product page has a size guide with age and measurement recommendations.

Q: Why isn’t my hooded towel soft anymore?
If your towel has been dried in direct sunlight, it can become a little firmer. Don’t stress — just pop it in the dryer for a few minutes and it will return to its original soft form. Our hooded towels are famous for being incredibly soft and snuggly!

Q: Is the towel material safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our towels are made from super-soft coral fleece, and we are constantly told by parents of children with sensitivities that our towels are the only ones their kids will wear — they’re that soft and gentle.

Q: How do I care for my hooded towel?

  • Wash separately before use.

  • Warm machine wash 40°C.

  • Wash dark colours separately.

  • Do not use oxidising/bleaching agents.

  • Do not use fabric softeners.

  • Remove promptly on completion of cycle.

  • Line dry in shade or tumble dry lowest heat to maintain the soft texture.

  • Do not iron.

  • Do not dry clean.

Yes — both our UV detection and mosquito repellent stickers are chemical-free and safe for young children. Always follow the usage instructions on the packaging.

We recommend spot cleaning with mild detergent and air drying to keep it in great condition.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

Q: What’s your return and refund policy?

  • Defective item?
    No stress — we’ll cover the return shipping and either replace the item or offer a full refund.

  • Change of mind?
    We offer store credit for change-of-mind returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Ordered the wrong size?
    If you ordered the incorrect size, you can return the item at your cost. You’ll need to place a new order for the correct size, and normal shipping rates apply.

Q: My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll sort it out with a refund or replacement.
